  Disappointed in the product. The stylist was very nice and thorough but unfortunately the color product was awful. Less than 2 weeks later and it's fading. I had an easy color... (N1)black to cover my grays. As I said the area that was colored is now a light brown ( so I have long black strands that fade to brown and then gray, it's hideous) and it is still bleeding color horrendously every time I wash. I am using special color treated hair shampoos and it's still bleeding. I do not have resistant grays and I have been coloring my gray to my natural black for years now and have never had this issue. I will NOT be returning. Almost 100$ down the drain and I can't even get a call back from the manager.
