  I made an appointment online through their 24/7 online booking, amazed I could get an appointment so quickly and easily. I received a text confirmation of my appointment. I showed up a couple minutes past my appointment time as the salon is very small and hard to see driving by and no one answered my call for help for directions. I was awkwardly greeted then left standing for a few moments until I was asked why I was there. I stated I had made an appointment earlier in the day and was promptly told they couldn’t do another appointment. It was 430 and they close at 6. There were only two people in the salon, I believe they both worked there. I was told I should come back another time because he does great work. I did receive an apology later texted to me from the stylist. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
